I created Upward Paved Path career coaching for women looking to transition into their ideal careers that utilize their gifts and talents. I take a holistic approach to inspire the continual growth of your personal and spiritual self in order to support career success. I provide accountability, empowerment, and a coaching perspective based on current trends and my own challenges that have turned into growth opportunities. Helping women get out of their own way to open the door to renewal and growth is my main inspiration. I believe that no matter where we started, we can create a new path and ultimately achieve joy and a sense of fulfillment.

Meet Your Career Transition Coach
My name is Davina Ware and I am immersed in all things related to career transition. I am a Certified Career Coach with years of experience in helping women achieve a breakthrough. Since graduating from college, I have experienced dissatisfaction, stagnation, and heartache in my career. I've taken the knowledge and lessons I've learned in my tenure to find my ideal career in terms of function, location, environment, team dynamic, and my manager.
I, too, am on the road toward renewal and refinement as I share my trials, triumphs, and challenges in hopes that it motivates you. When I was younger, I was a pessimist with low self-esteem and a bleak outlook on life. Thankfully, I found value in working hard, being positive, pushing past disappointments through the grace of Jesus Christ. I am a devout Christian who puts God first in all I do. I will always come from a place that tries to display Jesus’ love as we are objects of his love.
In addition to my coaching certification, I have a BA in Marketing Communications, an MBA in Integrated Marketing Communications, and a designation as a Direct Marketing Certified Professional. I am also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc..
